Best Pool In Las Vegas

 mandalay Bay Pool                                          .

If you want the best pool at a resort in Las Vegas, then its likely Mandalay Bay. Especially if you have kids.  The Problem is you have to start lining up at about 7 -8am , if you want a really good spot, when the pool opens at 9am. Even if you are a paying guest, you also have to pay extra if you have more than two kids. Mandalay Bay likes to charge extra for lots of things, adjacent to the main pool, is a really cool adult pool with a bar, but again, you have to pay extra to get into that one. My advice is pay for a Cabana or the new Bungalows. They can cost between 250-500 dollars. But there are several pools in the main area, spas, lazy river, and the wave pool. This wave pool was much better when it first opened, now the waves are pretty small, and not much fun compared to the original ones. The Problem with this pool came when they added the adult pool, which took away regular pool and chair space, AND the added the HOTEL tower. This added more guests, into less pool space, hence the overcrowding. The Problem with almost all the pools in Las Vegas, is that they are TOO warm. They usually feel like bathwater, and if you like that it’s fine. But when its 110 outside, the water needs to be like no higher than 78-80 degrees. and too often its like 85-95 degrees and never cools you off. That’s why for outdoor swimming I prefer the Ocean.
